Hammond Legal is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to maintain and improve the accessibility of this website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Current Status
This website targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We have implemented:

- Descriptive alt text on all informational images; decorative images marked appropriately
- Keyboard-navigable interface throughout
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and UI components
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling
- Support for
prefers-reduced-motion - Form fields with associated labels and error descriptions
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Some legacy PDF documents (county plat maps used as decorative imagery) may not be fully accessible. These are used as decorative background images and are marked appropriately for screen readers.
- The Cal.com scheduling widget is provided by a third-party service. We encourage Cal.com users with accessibility needs to contact us directly at [email protected] or 317-284-9944 to schedule by phone.
- The Jared chat assistant (when active) is provided via a third-party AI service. We are committed to ensuring the chat widget meets accessibility standards before launch.
